Hi, I’m Lyn Allen, Master Certified Coach. I love working with coaches to find their groove or hit their stride as a coach. I’ve trained and mentored coaches for almost 20 years, from newer coaches still finding their “coaching voice,” to seasoned veterans feeling the call to renew, amp up or even redirect their coaching. What I love best about this work is seeing coaches truly step up to their next level of confidence, wisdom and success, knowing the value they get in our work together will translate directly into the value their clients receive from them.
Who do I work with?
I work with heart-centered coaches who:
- Know they’re here to make a bigger contribution – but they haven’t yet fully stepped into that.
- May be feeling some frustration over wanting to shine – but they haven’t figured out how to get out of their own way.
- Refuse to settle for cookie-cutter coaching – but they are still looking for the best way to blend the skills of coaching with their own authenticity.

Observed Coaching Sessions for ICF Certification Application
Observed sessions can happen either as part of an ongoing mentor coaching relationship or as a stand-alone service. For coaches seeking that 2nd or 3rd recommendation letter for credentialing, who are not in a coaching relationship with me, I offer these options:
For ACC applicants: A single session review for $3001
For PCC applicants: Two recorded sessions to be reviewed for $6501, 2
For MCC applicants: Three recorded sessions to be reviewed for $8501, 2
*All recorded sessions must meet the following guidelines:
- Be no more than 30 minutes long with good sound quality.
- For PCC and MCC certification prep, transcripts of the reviewed sessions are also required.
If your observed sessions indicate consistent coaching at the required competency levels for the credentialing level you are seeking (ACC, PCC or MCC), I will furnish a letter of recommendation.
